Books by Renée:
Easy Green Living
by Renée Loux
Excerpt from Mike Meyers' Foreword
Renee is the type of spiritual seeker who not only speaks of their ideals but lives them out as well. She believes that spirituality requires a soldier's discipline and not just a bumper sticker's bromide. This book expresses her passion for living green and my hope is that after you read this book Renee will have convinced you how Easy Green Living really is.
The Balanced Plate
by Renée Loux
Excerpt from Dr. Dean Ornish’s foreword
Renée
Loux has written an exquisite
book. She gives us recipes
for sumptuous dishes made
from a balance of wholesome
ingredients. But she also
gives us something even
more valuable and enduring:
a new way of thinking
about food and how it
impacts our lives. Does
it taste good or is it
good for me? Well, both.
Renée describes
for us how delicious food
can be healthy food –
healthy for our bodies,
the environment, and for
our children....
Living Cuisine
